Dutchie Darling, Love Bob

"Dutchie Darling" would still be a box of letters in my basement, if it hadn't been for the help and expertise of David and Patsy Bishop. They have devoted hours to assisting me and advising me on how to organize this huge project into something that others could read and enjoy. Dave has invested many, many hours in designing the website and has been my coach all the way thru this experience. I am eternally grateful to them and Bishop Enterprises for their time and support. My sister, Dot, has been patient and gracious in waiting for almost three years to read these letters and experience my parents love story for herself. Thanks for hanging in there, sis.

And last but not least, I thank my husband, Philip, who will probably never sit down himself to read these letters, but who has proudly told all of our friends and family about this project and has patiently waited for dinner on many an evening.

My one last wish and hope for this project is that it will inspire their great grandchildren ( my sister's and my grandchildren) to develop the same kind of loving relationships, relationships that can weather any storm and stand the test of time.
